Randolph Castillo (Coach Randy) , with 15 years of soccer training experience, he founded FC Ravens in 2017, bringing his expertise from NY Red Bull Soccer Academy, where he developed high-level coaching experience. Holding a National Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches Association and certification from US Youth TOP Soccer, Coach Randy has worked with the NY Red Bull Youth Development Program and assisted in scouting for the Academy Teams. By founding FC Ravens, he’s able to bring all of these experiences and more to his own training academy and soccer club. Coach Randy specializes in developing youth players to high level leagues and preparing high school athletes for their transition to college soccer
